This indestructible 11” western chef knife is hand forged from solid W1 tool steel, precision heat treated, and razor sharp.
The all-steel indestructible handle is comfortable and ready to work. Easily add a handle wrap of your own or use as is.

Care is as simple as wiping it dry when you’re done using it and cleaning with mild soap and water when needed. Mineral oil is food safe and can prevent rust. Axe Wax, and Wicked Wax are both great if you want an extra level of protection or intend to store your knife for an extended period or put it on display.
W1 tool steel is:
0.95-1.05% carbon,
0.15% Chromium,
0.15% Tungsten,
0.30-0.40% Manganese,
0.1% Molybdenum,
0.1% Vanadium,
0.1-0.25% Silicon,
and no more than 0.025% phosphorus and Sulfur.
