This small knife is the perfect size to meet every one of your every day needs. The handle design is extremely comfortable. It’s the same handle as I use on my own personal chef knife but sized to proportionally fit the scale of this knife.

Care is as simple as wiping it dry when you’re done using it and cleaning with mild soap and water when needed. Mineral oil is food safe a can prevent rust. Axe Wax, and Wicked Wax are both great if you intend to store your knife for an extended period or put it on display.
